Is not only you. I have fought with Menara TM network teams since last September. Till now they couldn't solve the issue. At last I got my rebates and happy to cover the cost for unifi plus box. Even for the unifi plus box, the android security patch update is at version 5 August 2019 😑. Nvidia TV shield Pro is at Dec 2020 version and Mi box S at Jan 2021 version. I would blame TM for not pushing the manufacturer "Skyworth" to release the update.

Hi, do you felt the white STB UI was laggy? I got one white STB and one black UPB, so I can felt the difference.

Kinda. But then again that white STB is quite old. Hence I only use it for UnifiTV and never actually use any of the other features (iflix or anything else). I wish there is a replacement for it, but the black UPB is solely IPTV instead of using the dedicated VLAN

that white STB was very smooth before they decided to revamp the UI.
the previous UI was basic like, but very responsive, smooth changing channels.. even got small PIP mode, channel reminder setting.

the new UI is shit lag, slow response. even the PIP and channel reminder also gone missing.

No wonder, bcoz I heard some said the white box is responding faster than the black box. But it's not true since I have both of them. Look like I have to stick to the black box, at this moment.

It was the previous basic UI in the white box that was responding faster .
After TM updated new firmware UI, its more lagging.
Maybe u haven't got the chance to use the previous old UI in white box.

Most probably new UI 'heavier' for the white box specs.

I called and asked TM, they confirmed me Disney+ Ht Star is not available via 'android plus Box' and nor it will be.
As per their comments on this, I sense they think it is a competitor like Netflix.
