soonwai, JohnLai Clicked on the link provided by JohnLai. Noticed that basically it goes back to mydigi apps which I have already downloaded. I don't think I ever had an old login, only have the new login for MyDigi apps (which when I log in doesn't show the itemised usage listing).

Is there anyway to solve this or I will just have to call customer service/live chat? Thanks

Reload RM 5 and deduct RM 1 every 75 days. That RM 5 will last you more than a year.

Do you mean I can tap into Hash 128 and subscribe a rm1 validity by cutting from my own credit despite the current status being Barred/validity expired?
I think years ago i tried something of that sort and seems unable to and had to get someone to transfer rm1 to me.

I believe what she meant is pay RM1 to extend validity for 1 day. Then grace period 75 days.

There is a high chance her # could have RM1/day unlimited.
She's gonna die with 3mbps since her location has a variety of high speed choices.

Call CS and ask to turn off PAYU internet. Had similar problems before. I even turn off that number for a few days and noticed it still deduct RM0.50 to RM1 each day. I ask for refund for all the wrongly charged amount as well. Took a while with MCMC report to get the refund.

Actually I check BoS for all my no. from time to time, I don't have this unlimited daily thingy yet though not important for me. laugh.gif

I guess so. It's passive and I hardly reload, not sure if this part is important. I see some guys who want this deal will keep reloading to their balance.

I was from Live Prepaid in fact and converted to Best Prepaid, that time I needed to do credit transfer and Live can't do it.

Oh....this issue?
Need to delete all APNs as well. Simply disabling 'mobile data" isn't going to help. dry.gif

Something about 4G standard itself requiring data access which for some reason Digi charged to customers even though customer doesn't turn on 'mobile data'.
