any idea if any cooling off period before able to port OUT of digi?

I am currently on Celcom Gold Plus package with RM98 monthly commitment and my contract already ended yesterday.

My daily use of the internet mostly on spotify,whatsapp  and sometimes reading google news.

And I been thinking to share the data with my wife also as she also out of contract. Will consider of family plan also.

Pls suggest if any good plans in Digi?

Anyone tried the rm10 for 5 days unlimited data add on? It's available for Digi 38 and ambassador 38 plans

Does it have speed cap, tethering limit and FUP?
And is it auto recurring subscription or need to subscribe each time it ends.

previously mentioned only can subscribed once a month. so now confirm can subscribe continuously?

Is this the one with 6GB data and 100 minutes call?

I got this but according to the forum here it's only prepaid. I bought mine from Shoppee. Only new numbers. No MNP.

The other 28 postpaid plan is the one I mentioned perviously.

Last year when this plan open to mass public, it can only subcribe thru selected DiGi partner and must choose new number. But nowdays you can simply COP (Change Of Plan) with you current prepaid number by dialling :
*128*1*4*1# and Choose option 1 (Digi Montgly Plan 28) and retain your current DiGi prepaid number.

Means sis wish to change your postpaid number to this plan?
If yes... how about change your current postpaid to prepaid and COP to this plan?

Btw Monthly Plan 28 is Prepaid only (But works like postpaid minus 6% SST) while Monthly Plan 38 is Postpaid plan.

When i notice the internet not "moving" i hv to switch to 3g mode then the internet start "moving" again althou the signal is almost full bar.

always 3G never 4G even enable it

Wangsa maju area. Just now 7 to 10 pm. Can't get 4G signal. Keep drop to H+.. after 11pm , got 4G but speed quite slow. Fb video keep buffering.

Another question, if almost 90 days due date, how much should i topup to make it actives another 90 days. Im not sure with prepaid because im only using postpaid. Thanks.

guys dont use digi anymore, i complained to the customer service my line is bad here, they finally came and service the celltower after the 3rd year of reporting to them every month, and it only lasted like 3 hours and the reception is bad again. so i ported my number to umobile, already settled every bill and even gave them extra rm3-4, now they call and say i have rm46 unpaid. What a completely money eating bs company.
