any idea if any cooling off period before able to port OUT of digi?

Hi all,

I am currently on Celcom Gold Plus package with RM98 monthly commitment and my contract already ended yesterday.

My daily use of the internet mostly on spotify, whatsapp  and sometimes reading google news.

And I been thinking to share the data with my wife also as she also out of contract. Will consider of family plan also.

Pls suggest if any good plans in Digi?

Thanks
*
Can consider Digi Family Plan if want to share with your wife: https://new.digi.com.my/postpaid/family-plans

Else, just normal postpaid plans based on your needs: https://new.digi.com.my/postpaid-plans#best-value-plans

Anyone tried the rm10 for 5 days unlimited data add on? It's available for Digi 38 and ambassador 38 plans

Does it have speed cap, tethering limit and FUP?
And is it auto recurring subscription or need to subscribe each time it ends.
*
So far no speed cap, no tethering limit, FUP still nobody reports yet. Should be unlimited or at least 1TB.

Have to subscribe manually every time.

I got this but according to the forum here it's only prepaid. I bought mine from Shoppee. Only new numbers. No MNP.

The other 28 postpaid plan is the one I mentioned perviously.
*
I see. It doesn't matter as I was wondering if existing users can apply or not.

Last year when this plan open to mass public, it can only subcribe thru selected DiGi partner and must choose new number. But nowdays you can simply COP (Change Of Plan) with you current prepaid number by dialling :
*128*1*4*1# and Choose option 1 (Digi Montgly Plan 28) and retain your current DiGi prepaid number.
*
I see. Thanks for the tips but I was looking for the postpaid no. laugh.gif

Means sis wish to change your postpaid number to this plan?
If yes... how about change your current postpaid to prepaid and COP to this plan?

Btw Monthly Plan 28 is Prepaid only (But works like postpaid minus 6% SST) while Monthly Plan 38 is Postpaid plan.

- Hope i got this right else i'm not getting the right picture here tongue.gif
*
No la. Not giving up my no., what I meant was I'm already an existing Digi user, no longer new to Digi, not sure if I can subscribe these cheap postpaid plans.

Owh. Thank you.

Another question, if almost 90 days due date, how much should i topup to make it actives another 90 days. Im not sure with prepaid because im only using postpaid. Thanks.
*
If you just want to keep the no. active without any activity then just extend validity, even 1 day of validity will keep your no. active for another 90 days.

guys dont use digi anymore, i complained to the customer service my line is bad here, they finally came and service the celltower after the 3rd year of reporting to them every month, and it only lasted like 3 hours and the reception is bad again. so i ported my number to umobile, already settled every bill and even gave them extra rm3-4, now they call and say i have rm46 unpaid. What a completely money eating bs company.
*
Well, ask them to show you the bill if you think you are wrongly charged by them.

This Monday i went to mid valley, wah the network was practically unusable, especially in shops. The general area was still somewhat ok.
*
I'm working in The Gardens area, so I'm at MV area every working day. Strange though I don't use Digi in office, I didn't hear my colleagues who are using Digi complain. Yesterday we were having lunch at Ying Ker Lou which is just next to Digi Store, most of us on the table were using Celcom and had 2G or no reception at all except for one colleague who was using Digi, she was the only one surfing happily. Maybe because Digi is next door. laugh.gif

try switch to 3G, maybe too many ppl using 4G cause the 4G congested
Yes the Celcom even worse, that's why I switched to digi
*
Well, so far I'm OK with Celcom since company is paying for my bill and comes with 20GB data. If it's at hidden corners in MV, then it struggles a bit. Digi is my personal line which I don't have any active monthly data plan, only to receive calls and SMS on my dual SIM phone. I use Digi Infinite 150 at my house in PJ and it flies here.
