I'm also trying to port out my old digi prepaid to umobile and i got that call from digi so i cancelled the portout request and accept digi offer of digi infinite 80 unlimited call and data for rm53/mth.

Where can i terminate digi broadband apart from their store in the garden (which is full all the time)

Cannot call to terminate, must go to Digi Store a.k.a. Digi Centre. Since this is a broadband no., then can't MNP. Else for normal no., just MNP to another telco prepaid and don't do anything to it and let it die on its own.

Many years ago I tried call in to terminate my Maxis broadband but they said I had to do it in person at the Maxis Centre with my IC.  I presume it'll be the same with Digi.

May I know how much does the Digi Prepaid Live Sim pack cost? It shows rrp rm8 on the pack. Then I asked how much credit inside, the dealer told me rm5 and now promotion with RM 48 credit inside etc..

When he activated the line and finally when I pay, he charged me rm48. Which is so unfair different from the rrp on the pack.

Now I put in the Sim card to my phone, to discover only RM 5... I have received sms like I have activated the big bonus 40..deducted RM 40.. Which ended up now still rm5.. Not RM 48...

I feel so cheated on thiss.. Can I request for refund and cancel the line?

Hey guys quick question, a friend has "overdue amount exists" error she claimed that when she was 18 or 19 she signed up for the maxis broadband (comes with wifi router) package but she wasn't given any of the router or any sim card and she used 0 data and didn't make any phone calls but few months later she was sent with a massive bill asking her to pay rm400+/- she refused to pay it claiming that she did not use any service and if she even used 1kb of data or even 1mili second of phone call she'd pay it they checked the system said nothing was used and she refused to pay that bill, now she wants to sign up for digi but gets this error is there anywhere she can sign up for post paid or is she screwed?

Every time a call is diverted from phone no. ABC to phone no. XYZ it is considered a call from ABC to XYZ.  But if ABC is under an unlimited call plan then no further charge is issued.

Setting up call divert is FOC itself.

I didn't even agree to receive any exclusive deal when their customer service called me.
I am not sure how long the exclusive deal period is, but it's ridiculous because they added me to it immediately, but to remove the deal? It is going to take a few working days. I am now stuck with Digi until I don't know when, as contract cannot just be removed by their customer service agent.

After it is removed, I have to go to the new operator to submit for a new MNP request. Ridiculous.

Cuz for this month's bill, it's charging me voice calls as well, and all of them is under the same unknown phone number by TM, I didn't even call TM...

Was shocked when I saw the bill is RM 56 instead of usual RM 40+.
