Any idea what is this Digi BOS on RM10 per month 16Gb 30 days (auto-renewal)? Got this today.
How does this one work? Permanent? Or subject to changes in the future? Such as suddenly charging me extra?

QUOTE(RDoe @ May 7 2019, 11:44 PM) 16GB Monthly RM10 (Auto Renew) 1GB+FREE bigBonus 15GB (500MB/day, 1pm-7pm) @RM10! T&Cs This one? I'd think the charge should be the same throughout, though I won't say they won't give notice one day that they're stopping it...? What's with the merger coming up, there's bound to be some changes, I guess... I don't know.....I only receive this SMS from DIGI BOS...... Is this the same as what you wrote?

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ May 19 2019, 09:35 PM) I think it's this one. Tbh not really interesting unless for one with very very low usage. QUOTE(saitong09 @ May 19 2019, 10:09 PM) Yes, suitable for low usage. Pretty cheap I see, I might as well as stick with current pack instead of switching..... edit: Extra queries, will any quota balance of that 1Gb roll over to next month? QUOTE(tympg @ May 20 2019, 05:09 AM) I presume it will be like the other prepaid add-ons -- rollover to a maximum of 100GB. But I read the rollover to a maximum of 100GB only applicable for postpaid and not prepaid?

QUOTE(tympg @ May 21 2019, 03:56 AM) I think you're confused with ONEXOX. We're talking about Digi here. I am talking about Digi. I got that RM10 16Gb BOS offer (prepaid user here) too. But there isnt much info about that offer. If that 1gb can be roll over to following month and it has up to 100gb rollover, it is a very tempting offer.....

QUOTE(tympg @ May 21 2019, 01:36 PM) But the only postpaid that rolls over to 100 GB is oneXOX Black. You must have read that somewhere and subconsciously associated 100 GB rollover with postpaid. Digi Postpaid is nowhere that generous. You can easily check the details in Digi's website. QUOTE(tympg @ May 21 2019, 03:27 PM) Digi came out with the 100 GB max rollover to match oneXOX. Digi is losing subscriber numbers in its prepaid sector and this is one way Digi is competing. If only they brought back cheap SLL... So....the conclusion is.....does digi prepaid has quota balance rollover or not for the RM10 16gb BOS offer? If it has rollover, what is the limit? I am getting confused here. My very first SIM is DiGi Best Prepaid v2. (not the New DiGi Best Prepaid v2) I think I registered with Internet IDD club back in 2016 or 2017 for free basic 64kbps.

QUOTE(saitong09 @ May 21 2019, 04:42 PM) This plan is pretty new, so don't think you can get the answer now. Maybe can call CS to check ~.~........I honestly doubt Digi CS know about the BOS offer.......as you said....the plan is new, probably CS hasn't been briefed about the new plan yet.

QUOTE(tympg @ May 21 2019, 11:00 PM) You ask about this limited time offer in this forum, but you don't have confidence in Digi CS' awareness of this package So you think Lowyat forumers have better knowledge on Digi products than their own CS? 😆 Oh yes, I believe and trust Lowyat forumers (with lotta stars and posts) more than Digi CS. I had bad experience with Digi Official Branch and its phone support number in the past.

Question, my dad has Digi P2P Live 2016 package. Recently, there is a BOS offer of RM3 (3Gb) for 15 days.
Does that BOS offer automatically renews after 15 days? What happen to the remaining data after 15 days? Carry forward to next? Does Internet access still work if the account is barred for not reloading? (Within the 90 days grace period?)

QUOTE(dgboy @ Jun 20 2019, 08:00 AM) actually, buying this offer will extend your validity so you don't need to worry about grace period Oh? Ya kah? Doesn't this mean that RM10 per month 16 Gb (500Mb daily) is better? Cause P2P Live 2016 super long life 365days* costs RM108. If that the case, subscribing to BOS RM10 per month 16GB (500Mb daily) auto renewal only cost RM120 (RM10 X 12 months*). Additional RM12 ........hmmm.......problem is, my dad phone doesn't get that RM10 BOS offer. This post has been edited by JohnLai: Jun 20 2019, 12:51 PM

QUOTE(MGM @ Jun 20 2019, 01:55 PM) Wow good deal, only if chosen. That RM10 BOS offer kinda weird. 1Gb for 30 days with remaining 500Mb from 1pm-7pm (Daily, so 500Mb x 30 days = 15Gb). Total 16Gb, what a strange calculation. Plus, I am still uncertain of the validity part because some people said validity will extend while another said validity will not extend.

QUOTE(dgboy @ Jun 20 2019, 03:17 PM) the 15 days / RM3 / 3GB one extends the validity (in theory by 15 days, in fact you get 30 days)but it is one time pass, you may or may not get offered it again as for the other offers like 15/16GB, I dunno since DG didn't offer me that one Oh? That is a good offer if get 30 days even though it is one off. For the weird RM10 BOS offer, you can find the detail at page 125. Scroll down to the bottom.... No idea how to trigger that RM10 BOS for my dad package.

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Jun 29 2019, 03:41 PM) Call CS and ask to turn off PAYU internet. Had similar problems before. I even turn off that number for a few days and noticed it still deduct RM0.50 to RM1 each day. I ask for refund for all the wrongly charged amount as well. Took a while with MCMC report to get the refund. Oh....this issue? Need to delete all APNs as well. Simply disabling 'mobile data" isn't going to help. Something about 4G standard itself requiring data access which for some reason Digi charged to customers even though customer doesn't turn on 'mobile data'.
