Nothing to do with YNH.

FAR should be the one manage the co-living for their enbloc purchasers. Obviously... They will make a cut from being operator. And from furbishing as well.

One centre service. From sell => furnish => source tenant => tenant management.

When 1 has nothin left to eat in core biz it's time to get some side kick. Lucrative onot depending on how creative 1 can be.

Eg. When a distributor losing out to producer the next step is to penetrade the logistic as service provider to producer. Stimes if doin it the rite way it could giv the same profit as distribution with another set of challenges.

For me... All these are not a concern as long as done professionally...

However one major flaw in the plan... The buyers will need to find out themselves during VP...

Their co living same like market sublets / room rental. Using better name only. they add in community event include fitness classes, outdoor activities, educational by guest speaker, entertainment, charity, cooking class. N owner need to pay for it for tenant.

N they estimate 1 room there with co living stuff inside rm2k per month.

I think Co living concept is not suitable for Malaysian at the moment. In future, may b can.

The worst a person especially some gurus or sifus or skls can behave is usually trying tarnish another party or trying to outdo every1 by belittling the opposition but not strengthening himself or herself.
