The grade A++ is likely referring to the followers aka clients. It's to determine how high the possibility the followers aka clients ll commit. In tis case I avoid using naik kereta (上车) cos it doesn't sound polite.

Can anyone explain how the co-living space concept is working? How to make money?

It is like airbnb? Homestay? Or u just stay for short while?
