Chill, 2019 is coming and many cool projects are on its way. No point debating which project is Grade A as none of us have a crystal ball to look into the future.
Always ask yourself, is there something better out there? Do your own due diligence |

650 psf would not create a craze. YNH should reduce more psf to counter the negativity.
