For Aeon voucher does it make any difference if bought the voucher from CS at supermarket level or departmental level? 1U voucher counter now moved to same level as supermarket due to renovation so I’m not sure which card to use now.

If "Food & Beverages" in BP App, Groceries.
If "Retail" in BP App, most likely Departmental.

Good idea but I asked them for any previous cc receipt on the spot and I saw SMKT at the top so I went ahead to pay with PBVS. Will confirm after few days once reflected in my online account.

haha.. I do the same as well, will ask to see the the previous cc receipt when I was paying at cashier at the roadshow. Some time they might allocated DEPT CC Terminal for a Food Fair at the supermarket.

I purchased my vouchers at AEON Mid Valley near customer service dept at Level 2 and it is DEPT.

Call to cancel PBQV, no question asked, straight cancel n done within 2 min, online banking card account status shown as cancelled

Better to peek or ask for the previous CC slip of that Customer Service Counter to be sure.

paid digi bill using new digi app just now. select saved PB card and press proceed then it jump to payment done page. no ask for OTP. not sure can get CB or not, hv to find out when statement out

in that case next time if BP unable to top up i might need to top up digi with PB by delete the card and pay again...

Already have new app since Feb and yes OTP no longer needed with the new enhancement, I like it because I split payments for UOB YOLO card, saves me a lot of time.

Just to update the CS at 1U ground floor near supermarket is considered under supermarket as confirmed by my unbilled transaction description.

for the touch and go eWallet, do we still get cashback for auto-reload?

Nobody has done this before, but since it is confirmed to have cashback for manual reload, why don't just do manual reload instead?

22/04 7.30 p.m. - requested cashback to offset the SST. Was told if approved, will get on the next statement.

22/04 9.15 pm (just a while ago) - the cashback has been credited
