I don't think so, it should be other categories have a look on this term - 'excludes the transactions that earn Cash Back under other on-going Cash Back promotion'. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

Your monthly cash back is a card feature. Not due to promo.

your card's cashback IS a feature, not a promo. have you ever need to fight to earn cashback from your pbb cards?

In that case Quantum Visa, we need to spend RM600 + additional RM600 ? or the other way around ? Get RM30 first then RM30 for additional CB ?

No need additional RM 600.
Do keep in mind that the additional RM 30 of the campaign is FCFS.

Annual income already lepas,maybe basic low cuz i depend on commission de..
ptptn loan settled,got 1 cimb cc and got car loan..
kecian me..now need wait another 6months?

My case, got rejected apply through ringgitplus. Then i try again another 1 month through public bank website. Approved within 2 week.
