I was not told that of any T&C. Only if approved, it will appear on the statement but in the end, I got it within 2 hours.

But i remembered that someone shared at Lowyat that the rebate is given if we have paid 4k for each quantum card and 8k for visa signature card in the previous year. In my case, I have spend more than the required amount.

8k per year? very easy to achieve.

Assuming if just spend enough to max out RM 38 per month, it's less than 8k spending per year unless there's any campaign.
For me, mine will be charged in Oct, long way to go. Will ask CS when the time comes.

Since Quantum card didn't charge annual fee so I keep it didn't cancel.
