I believe CB is awarded 1st of every month. And if u change to 28th of every month, I believe your next statement date is from 16 Jan to 28 Feb. I remember changing my CIMB card's date to 4th or 5th instead of 25th of every mth, so my current statement extended to additional 10 days. For example 26th Jan to 25th Feb. But because I request for it to be 5th, my current statement period became 26th Jan to 5th March.

IINM, pbb has some logic to determine whether new statement date will take on current or next month.

my guess is, if you request the change now, it's possible to take effect on 28 Jan. however, if you request few days later e.g. 10 Jan, likely the new statement date will take effect on 28 Feb instead.

If generated on 15th Jan, you can reload RM633.33 and then wait to see if statement is generated on 28th Jan. If not then just don't reload until you receive the next statement.

Anyway even if you load with zero cashback the 'cost' to you is minimal (about RM1.27 if you withdraw from ATM RM3k one shot).

if reload for SN4M promo previously, only need to reload cumulative 632.49 to max out rm38 cb.

Just to let u guys know here that buying AEON voucher qualifies for the "departmental store" cashback for Quantum Visa card.

This is good for me, as I can use AEON voucher for my groceries.

I tried a few AEONs in PJ/KL but they seems to run out of the vouchers quite fast.

Finally managed to get some in Klang and when I checked my statement, it does count towards cashback.

Not sure about other AEON. Will keep trying and report back here.

01 Mar to 28 Mar = up to RM38 cashback
