I've called the CS..it says only 6/8 BigPay reloads was approved.
Wondering if the "un-approved" transaction will be picked up later by BigPay ?

QUOTE(cclim2011 @ Nov 26 2018, 10:25 AM) For my case, once key'ed in TAC means successful, don't care what page is loaded after that (the top-up amount will added on after 1-5 minute). My first reload receuve the OTP and entered...but BP didn't show even after 2:00AM ...at 6:30AM..also didn't show.I have been doing that since week 5 or so, no issue. Called PBB CS at 2AM and told me the transaction was not approved |

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 20 2018, 11:37 PM) Buying AEON vouchers is annoying as they asked you to fill this, fill that, sign here, sign there. That's to prevent money laundering ... track the source ... At least we pay RM570 for RM600 worth of vouchers (RM30 cashback). Good for those regular AEON shoppers |

Just want to clarify if this is correct upon changing my Statement Date to 28th of every month.
Current Statement Date = 15th of every month 16 Dec to 15 Jan = up to RM38 cashback 16 Jan to 28 Jan = up to RM38 cashback --- is this possible ? 29 Jan to 28 Feb = up to RM38 cashback 01 Mar to 28 Mar = up to RM38 cashback The CS told me that's the statement generation sequence. QUOTE(beebee1314 @ Jan 7 2019, 10:12 AM) I believe CB is awarded 1st of every month. And if u change to 28th of every month, I believe your next statement date is from 16 Jan to 28 Feb. I remember changing my CIMB card's date to 4th or 5th instead of 25th of every mth, so my current statement extended to additional 10 days. For example 26th Jan to 25th Feb. But because I request for it to be 5th, my current statement period became 26th Jan to 5th March. PBB Cash Rebate is awarded based on Statement Date.Your CIMB example doesn't mean PBB is the same. can'r compare apples vs oranges. MBB does what CIMB do as well. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jan 7 2019, 10:27 AM) possible, but need to be absolute certain the new statement date (28th) will take effect on 28 Jan rather than 28 Feb. If a statement is generated on 15th Jan, then possibly what the CS said could be true.IINM, pbb has some logic to determine whether new statement date will take on current or next month. my guess is, if you request the change now, it's possible to take effect on 28 Jan. however, if you request few days later e.g. 10 Jan, likely the new statement date will take effect on 28 Feb instead. Let's see how it goes. Hate to load another RM633.33 and earn ZERO cashback |

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jan 7 2019, 10:34 AM) If generated on 15th Jan, you can reload RM633.33 and then wait to see if statement is generated on 28th Jan. If not then just don't reload until you receive the next statement. Thanks for the tip Anyway even if you load with zero cashback the 'cost' to you is minimal (about RM1.27 if you withdraw from ATM RM3k one shot). How do you derive RM1.27 ? |

QUOTE(tbheng @ Jan 8 2019, 07:32 AM) Brilliant math idea! Didn't bother to check...just ask for answer directly.I was trying to solve the puzzle until you gave the solution. Thanks for the details. Basically we just need to make sure the Cashback has 0.005 to create the round-up effect. Eg. RM60.09 x 6% = 3.6054. thus PBB will assume RM3.61 (instead of RM3.60) |

QUOTE(ayamback @ Jan 10 2019, 10:39 AM) Just to let u guys know here that buying AEON voucher qualifies for the "departmental store" cashback for Quantum Visa card. You must let us know which AEON Store you went to buy the vouchers and gets the 5% Cashback. This is good for me, as I can use AEON voucher for my groceries. Not all is under Department Store MCC. |

QUOTE(ayamback @ Jan 10 2019, 10:50 AM) I tried a few AEONs in PJ/KL but they seems to run out of the vouchers quite fast. Towards year end and holiday season will sold out as many companies buy for their usage/event/...Finally managed to get some in Klang and when I checked my statement, it does count towards cashback. Not sure about other AEON. Will keep trying and report back here. |
