Normal. Every Monday midnight, people top up for the PBB campaign. So, the server cannot take it.

Did they give that much or you got it through request of increase?

I have an ongoing BT with PBB but I might need to take hire purchase loan soon. To improve my credit score, I'm planning to transfer extra money into my CC. I do not want to call PBB to request for an early settlement as it will cost RM 100.

That way, my authorised charge remained the same but my outstanding balance will be negative.

However, will my CCRIS show a smaller amount or show the authorised balance?

22/04 7.30 p.m. - requested cashback to offset the SST. Was told if approved, will get on the next statement.

22/04 9.15 pm (just a while ago) - the cashback has been credited

First time, i got a cashback this fast. 😜

I was not told that of any T&C. Only if approved, it will appear on the statement but in the end, I got it within 2 hours.

But i remembered that someone shared at Lowyat that the rebate is given if we have paid 4k for each quantum card and 8k for visa signature card in the previous year. In my case, I have spend more than the required amount.
