The Shopee voucher need to apply both PBB VS + Quantum card?

Hi, May I know how soon your friend receive shopee code? I already receive sms from pbe saying I already spend rm 150 and aksed my shopee username.

I read that premium payment via PruAccess is entitled for 5% cash back, but does anybody know if I still eligible for the 5% cash back if I enroll for auto debit using the same card?

Or else I have to manually do payment every month..

I already maxed out online cash back of QMC. I guess if i continue reload BP with QMC for "Spend Now 4 More", it will not give me any online category cash back or VIP points, am I correct?

should I reload BP with QV on next Monday to earn VIP points?

Called in to CS and CS directed me to a different phone number for PBE CC CS, but when I dialed it's only a voice recording!

Any idea how I can fix the OTP?

Anyway, lucky you. I tried to dispute week 20 on my end (which i missed) as someone reportedly had received cashback topping up last at 7.12am. Gave my otp screenshots and all that.. I was informed by the CS that the cashback pool had already 'ended' at 7.10am (for that particular week). I started reloading at 7.11am. If that's 'true' then how did the particular person get his/her cashback in full when his/her last top up was 7.12am?

The CS also did ask me to provide further info and asked me where did i get my info.. How to get further info? maybe just asking me as she knew it would be an extra hassle just to get further info on it (a deterrence) so i just left it there.. And i got a follow up email saying my enquiry has been attended to. Haha..

PBe > Account > PB Card > Add Card. see if the new card is listed.

fyi, based on past historical 10 cb promos (roughly)...

1 promo started on Tuesday
1 promo started on Thursday
1 promo started on Friday
7 promos started on Monday

so, my guess is PBB is taking their time to start next Monday since this week is a bit "short" working days.

I wonder if pbb screw up the cb calculation again.
