You may have a point but the infrastructure was already long completed even before they laid one brick for retails and malls. SDP could easily have built the infra phase by phase. Maybe my thinking is because of the actions of previous developers who won't surrender the roads connecting other tamans to their taman because they want to sell their property first and don't want buyers to see the traffic congestion. I used to stay somewhere in Ara Damansara and many years ago there was a tussle between the residents of Ara and the residents/developer of Tropicana because Not sure who refused to connect the road from Ara to Tropicana and there was a huge bottleneck leading out to LDP from the lone tunnel in Taman Mas. It was such a big issue because there were protests and the residents of Ara hired bulldozers to forcibly remove the concrete barriers blocking the road. However it is the practice of SDP to build all the infra first before building houses which is uncommon.

I think 1 of the reason they opened the road is to help their retail at lakeside mall. Another reason could be SDP want to use the road in Eco grandeur as bypass for lorries, this I'm not sure, but I noticed that Eco grandeur install a vehicle height bar to prevent heavy truck entering from elmina.
I remember the case of road between ara damansara and Damansara lagenda, i was looking to buy my first house at AD that time but exceed my budget, the 2-storey terrace house went from 800k to 1m within a short period of time after the link to tropicana was opened.
You are right but some buyers of Kwasa already object here in LYN because they dont want the traffic going through their neighbourhood
Widen the persiaran cakerawala (road between Help and Star Avenue) is good enough lah, no need to connect with kwasa Damansara, if not kwasa will be used as bypass ππ»π¬
But in reality, I doubt it will be so soon, considering the reality for now......just hopefully this Duke 2A alignment from WCE to connect with Duke 2 will be materializing in next 10-20 yrs.....

Should give credit where it is due mah. Not many developers have the financial strength to pay tens of millions to build up the infra and roads first. Usually it is the last to be built due to cash flow reasons. Look at Rimbayu area. Anyway, i have to admit the build quality is a bit lacking, so much so i feel safer just to engage a building inspector to inspect my place in elmina.

U mean thisππ»? It's MBSA's fantasy 2035 which includes BRT, MRT & etc, no guarantee will materialize π . But if it does, house prices here will definitely go up, buy now and wait if you are young π
