A very simple answer: they do not want you to use their highway for free.

Their tolls are located after Denai Alam and RRIM. If they create an entrance in Denai Alam at PJ bound, people in Denai Alam/Elmina will take the advantage to enter DASH and then exit at Subang Airport without passing any toll plaza.

MBSA will not build the road. The first developer that comes to develop the empty land nearby will need to bear the cost to construct the road and surrender to MBSA.

And it's so funny that they would spend extra million dollars to construct additional elevated deck for over 5km next to the main highway lanes until RRIM toll plaza, to isolate the users from Pinggiran Subang and Kg Melayu Subang interchanges!

E&O have the best plots in Elmina. Right next to forest reserve and very near to the city center

If enter highway before Denai Alam Toll (at Puncak Perdana) and exit after Mutiara Toll, you can bypass RRIM/Kwasa Damansara Toll. Hence, each trip you will need to pay for 2 tolls max.

If you wish to enter DASH after Denai Alam Toll (e.g. from Pinggiran Subang/Kg Subang Melayu) and exit to Subang Airport, I would advise you don't as you will need to pay for 1 toll and travel for additional 4km to U-turn at RRIM Toll.

There is a separate deck (arrow 1a) specially constructed all the way from Jln Sg Buloh and lead you to RRIM toll, ensure you have no way to escape before paying.

And for those have paid at Denai Alam Toll, you will use the center lanes and can bypass the RRIM Toll (arrow 1). How smart!

雪州将推全马首个花葬墓园 鼓励更卫生、环保及再循环葬法

(莎阿南29日讯)雪兰莪将成为全马首个推出“花葬”公园式的墓园,以鼓励更卫生、环保及再循环的葬法。

雪州佛教、基督教、兴都教、锡克教与道教委员会联合主席拿督邓章钦表示,该委员会已在5月15日的会议上批准该墓园,地点将设在雪州双溪毛糯往瓜雪路旁的莎阿南埃尔米娜新区(Bandar Elmina)。

“花葬意味著一旦遗体火化后将骨灰埋入土内,并且不设墓碑。地面将铺满草皮及栽种鲜花成休闲公园。”

邓章钦也是雪州行政议员,邓章钦指出,花葬收费可低至300令吉,相比其他的殡葬费便宜许多,为民众提供多一项替代选择。

“花葬非强制性,民众仍可按照属意的殡葬方式,包括华人传统的土葬、火葬及海葬仪式。”

“花葬在新加坡及台湾执行很久了,因此雪州将会采用和台湾相同的模式,也就是将骨灰埋入土内的模式,而新加坡则是把骨灰洒在地上,两者都是 ‘皆归尘土’的环保模式。”

“若花葬受欢迎,这可成为全球未来的趋势,除了卫生、环保及再循环概念外,在文化上也是一大突破。”

邓章钦于周日(28日)出席巴生德教会紫胜阁25周年会庆晚宴后接受媒体采访时,如是表示。

邓章钦透露,雪州将作为花葬墓园的典范,这可带领全国落实这项新颖的殡葬法。

此外,邓章钦说道,发展商已移交非伊斯兰教用途的11英亩墓园保留地给州政府,州政府将播出其中的7英亩地段作为公园,而2英亩约8万4000多平方呎地段则为花葬公园。

“委员会已批准目的的宪报颁布程序,相关地点今后将交由莎阿南市政厅管理。”

“若每个骨灰的埋葬面积为1平方呎,2英亩地段预计可容纳8万多人的骨灰。”

他表示,很多人都选择火化后放在骨灰塔,但骨灰塔最终还是会满的。

“目前能发展的地段不多,而每一个新发展区都会有墓园保留地,人可以一代一代的传承,但目的是不可能一代代地增加,所以花葬将会是最现代、最卫生及最环保的方式。”

他指出,花葬目前会先由志愿性宗教团体协助推展,待运作稳定后再交回给雪州政府管理。

“花葬计划已获得州政府批准,但最终还是需要等待州选后,由新的五教理事会领导班底继续执行。”

“目前完成的部分,是物色了合适的地点,拟定了概念和模式,接下来就是要五教理事会执行了。”

Basically in the future, it will cut short the distance from Elmina Green to City Center by few mins. The distance to the Future SJK© is also 1.5km away (from The Eighth) once this road is open up.

The new Persiaran Dillenia should be main arterial road without many junctions/intersections connecting from small roads, hence the driving time is much shorter and more convenient for daily traveling from Elmina Green to the mall / schools at City Center. Alternatively, Persiaran Shorea is also an option, which this road is the only main access to future Elmina Hills.
