QUOTE(Benefon @ Nov 20 2018, 02:26 PM) Nope, iphone requires fast charging = Power delivery such as type C. Nice data bro. If lower than 18W still consider slower charged. You need to buy Apple lightning to USB C for Pd charge. Can check from my data. I did few Pd , but to me Xiaomi 65W still faster than the rest. ![]() Im using Apple PD at work and Aukey at home. Will try to do a test like so for Aukey and share the data. |

QUOTE(attw @ Nov 20 2018, 08:53 PM) No, nothing yet, but to be fair, it's only been four days since I've switched to the Xr Battery life and lighter weight should be the main selling point to me. I think we can forget about the ram right? Not sure but usually i will use alot of tab in browser so more ram actually do matter for me. I dont like the browser keep refreshing or crash.I must say I'm growing rather fond of the Xr - the size, the battery life, and the striking red color! |

So far based on my usage patterns I’m not really missing the extra 1GB of RAM in the Xs Max, but then again I don’t usually keep browsers or apps open QUOTE(fadzly @ Nov 21 2018, 12:57 AM) Xr nice. QUOTE(fadzly @ Nov 21 2018, 12:57 AM) Xr nice. My sister use it. Can compare side by side. U will miss Looking at the photos by the XR, the software does a good enough job at simulating the bokeh via software. Which leaves the only reason to have the secondary camera for zoom and non-human portrait mode...right?1) the oled screen. Really different. 2) the dual camera! Apart from those two reasons, is there actually a good reason to have the secondary camera? On the second point, you could actually use an app...hallide iirc. Which leaves only one actual good reason for the secondary camera. No? |

QUOTE(maximillan @ Nov 19 2018, 04:56 PM) mine.. compared to my gf iphone x ( 10 months old) still 100% QUOTE(belfong @ Nov 20 2018, 02:47 PM) I think you misunderstand me. I am using 61W usb-c via Apple 1m long Type C to Lightning. I am asking if 61W will do quick charge via PD because the 61W is capable of 61W PD, 27W PD and 13W non PD. You can see from the bottom of the charger. to answer your question.. no matter you use 65W, 87W, 30W, 29W charger... iphone will only draw at maximum 18W if you use PD(with apple ori cable)... theoretically, PD can go way higher than 18W, but not sure why apple limited it to 18W for iphone... 20.3 X3 = 61W (PD) 9 x 3 = 27W (PD) 5.2 x 2.4 = 12W (no PD) ![]() What will be the iPhone choice of charging with this charger? In short, yes your macbook charger + ori type-c will bring you the fastest charging speed iphone support... |
