QUOTE(Ares187 @ Nov 21 2018, 10:03 PM) I noticed Maxis service centre says they only provide eSim for Huawei Watch , so alot of iPhone owners just say that they need the eSim for the watch and then use it on the iPhone . thanks for sharing , thanksCheck out this link https://www.maxis.com.my/en/personal/plans/...plans/esim.html |

QUOTE(carlitofreak @ Nov 21 2018, 10:17 PM) Apply is very simple but u need to have internet connection via wifi. oh my god, than this is the big problem , bcoz can't browse with high speed.. Just go to settings and then cellular and then add cellular plan. After that just scan the QR code given inside the esim pack. But Im having a poor connection after changing to esim π€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ. It show 4G but very hard to browse etc. Already reset network etc but still the same. My other phone with me using maxis can get very fast connection (20-30mbps via speedtest) but my iPhone only get 3-4mbps and so slow eventho that speed. did u try take out the sim car from another phone put in to ur E sim iPhone , it works with dual sim? |

QUOTE(adriankhoo153 @ Nov 21 2018, 11:34 PM) For me esim not useful unless I travel. Last time use p20 pro having dual physical sim. Very easy to travel with tourist SIM card as well as maintaining primarily sim yes , this is the main reason i buy iPhone xs . for me travel oversea is easy . reach there buy one local sim card , than malaysia ppl can reach me watapps, and also can reach me by call. don't need carry two phone . |

QUOTE(attw @ Nov 22 2018, 08:04 AM) Thatβs what I do when I go overseas as well, which is why a dual sim iPhone is very useful. Hopefully by next year eSIM will be widely adopted by all our telcos otherwise Iβd be buying HK iPhones from now on but since u already get the E sim now , and confirm that u put another normal sim card in , it works. should be ok right . example : ur main is E sim , watapps num also this . if u switch off this data , ur second sim ( celcom) is on data . can the watapps still function ? |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Nov 22 2018, 08:44 AM) The 6 Axiata countries, the 1-day internet pass is going for only RM4.99 and it also comes with 1GB of data. This RM4.99/day rate covers Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Nepal, Singapore and Sri Lanka. thats great . Any idea turkey using wat plan is good?Quite good deal I must say though the countries covered are quite limited. |
