After complaining through mydigi app, it seems the speed back to normal. non peak hours - consistently getting 90 to 130 mbps

I have a question - why does on my s21(prepaid sim), im able to reach 180 mbps but on b618(i150) max speed highest I can get around 130 mbps?

Im not complaining tho as for speed above 100 mbps is enough for me but I thought b618 router supposed to be better?

I do get close to 200Mbps on B618, so it is not really a router issue. Probably slightly capped speed with Infinite 150.

probably because both are connected to differing bands?

another: limitation of the wifi bands. anll wifi quoted speed are on best-effort, limited by individual circumstances. definitely cannot beat motherboard speed of phone itself.

Good for you, already put 3 complain. Said they were aware of the problem and looking into it. But that was like back in 28 Oct. Made another on 31 and till tday havent been closed.

Digi in my area is very inconsistent these days, the Ookla speedtest always show the typical speed in my area. But the Fast.com cant and yutube wont even load 1080. Housemate using prepaid digi still have same probs.

Yeah lucky me, said I would terminate next month then the next day suddenly its back to normal. Most likely coincidence but worth a try lol

Have you got your quota reset/internet back on? Mine has refreshed cycle so I now dont know whether want to use a lot for the beginning week.

the thought just hit me like a brick....

We can ask Digi to reset usage of Infinite 150 lines, but the speed will be "managed" after that.

So what makes Infinite 150 different than Postpaid 150 w/ unlimited add-on? Since both also gets "managed" after 1000GB.

digi postpaid 150 hotspot capped @ 10mbps and max to 3 devices only

at new digi website kenot find this clause anymore tho

I am on the Infinite 80 plan and I got infinite quota but my allocated hot spot is 5GB monthly and that's being eaten away despite my hot spot being turned off.

I have no idea what's going on, and this is a very relatively new occurrence, it started when I received an SMS from Digi on Oct 30 stating that my hotspot quota was used up. I was confused because I hardly ever use my hot spot data and it's never turned on in the first place.
