The unlimited calls counter not shown at all in the apps, so why unlimited Internet must have counter? To limit the usage to 1TB now???

Hi, just wondering why I can't upload images here anymore because when I click the Upload Images button it directed me to Pictr.com and asked me to log in to upload images.
My download speed is still at 5Mbps. Billing date 2 more days to go and I will know if it is due to volume exceeded or n ot

Seems like my speed got capped again to 5mpbs as I post this. Didnt even reach the 999mb counter. Anyone with the same problem? It was back to normal speed until the afternoon I think.

My internet just went off once it hit 0.00 GB balance.

Requested for a quota reset since this morning and it still isn't completed yet.

It is really getting on my nerves.

Wait they actually stop your Internet? I thought once reach cap it's lowered speed until you get livechat to reset it. You need to contact mydigi livechat see what they says.

Not sure if it is just pure coincidence or just plain dumb luck.
But there is just no internet connection after hitting the 1 TB quota.

You should report them to mcmc or ask livechat where does it says 999gb is quota for unlimited.

Yeah.
Made two reports over the week.
And they are just trying their best to rectify the issue.

Won't even give me a rebate for all the downtime and turmoil it has caused me.
Rather dependant on the i150 as it is fibre alternative for me.

Now using prepaid data, 3Mbps
Planned to do a lot of downloads but have to hold cry.gif

Usually their resets are in the hours.
Maybe all of them are tied up with the recent maintenance, thus everything else is being neglected.

On the bright side, at least you have Internet connection. I'm still utilising the 1 GB free data from another telco as this i150 just won't seem to connect since yesterday after hitting the limit.

I thought that the speed would be throttled once you hit 1TB.

Exactly. Usually hovering around 15 Mbps
It's been almost 24 hours since.
Just can't connect to the internet since then. Just annoying.

If Digi hadn't purposely do migration, this wont happen.
Besides, they should have put 9999GB as limit instead of 999GB. 999GB is actually considered less for today's standard considering Infinite 150 plan is considered as Fibre alternative

I understand the upgrade and maintenance is much needed.
But the problems arising from such a task is just unwarranted for.

And to the point where the live chat representatives don't even know what to do. They can't rectify the issue and just copy-pastes the standard reply of currently under maintenance and will inform using a SMS if the issue is rectified. Like not even a proper timeline.
