Fast.com or even speedtest.tm.com.my speed test shows that accurately unlike Speedtest.net

Here let me show you. Both test done on same phone same prepaid sim card.

My download speed is back to around 7 ~ 14 Mbps. It is back to normal. During cap, my download speed always around 1.78 Mbps only.

Speedtest.net is just a guide. No need very accurate, as long I know it is back to normal then it is fine. 😊

My Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite charge me RM190.80 this month, why? i dinnot add on anything. anyone facing same problem?

Anyone here using Infinite 150 via hotspot/tether able to connect & browse using NordVPN's Nordlynx protocol?

My Infinite 150 on TP-Link MR600 can connect to servers on Nordlynx but cannot browse at all. The browser says 'establishing secure connection' but the site never loads. Sometimes it will just time out. If switch to TCP or UDP protocol, can browse.

But if I use my Maxis or Celcom mobile data hotspot - Nordlynx works perfectly - can browse like normal. If switch back to Digi, langsung cannot browse at all.

Wonder if its due to Digi's Double NAT setup?

Bill from which date of month probably is depends you register cycle I believe, I always in 1st of the month.
The website still appear as 999 GB and not reset to 0.

Normally on last time, they not reset for you if you not hit 1000 GB. This time it is stopping at 999 GB and no movement and they do reset for me but just I cannot know from website as website no reset, but speed test, streaming test and download test showing it is reset.

Without NordVPN can surf. NordVPN using UDP protocol also can surf.

Only NordLynx protocol with Digi Infinite cannot.

Nordlynx with Celcom & Maxis can.

Do you have any extra device (semakfon, etc), if yes, try put sim into another device on hotspot, test again.
If cannot, then maybe your line or NordLynx server got bug

Yes, there is.
10GB resets every 12am for 3 days.

The "solution" for infinite 150 users who can't access the internet after hitting the 999GB quota while the Digi team "works hard" to resolve the issue.

I did not face no Internet after 999GB. Just usual speed cap only. Anyway it is back to normal already after quota reset request.

Andrewtst You are lucky. I am unable to request for reset. Tried callling 0162211800 and digi live at 1100AM, 1200PM and 1300PM.

They say unable to reset due to system error again. At least still got internet running

I think for the time being while DIGI is sorting out their System problem we’ll just have to be patient. Even the sharing feature is not functional in the app
