Same like you I had disagreement with tm I rage quit their shitty streamyx last year now got unifi fiber I don't wish to re join. I am using i150 as my main home network and prepaid unlimited daily rm1 cap 3mb as my main phone line.

it is mostly probably required. and the time is now right before 5G clutter comes in.

i can hypothesise several possible developments that could have influenced and depended on this migration exercise.

So right after activating the free 10GB that was given by the live chat representative, my Internet connection came back.

The little or small exclamation mark besides the mobile connection is also gone.

So the problem now is as long as they are unable to reset the quota, I'm stuck with this 10GB daily? The reset is taking forever, it's been more than 48 hours. Frustrating.

That's weird, my internet connection came "alive" once again after that.
Maybe restart your phone or do the airplane mode routine.

You are lucky your bill cycle is early

I still have to wait 7 more days for my turn and my internet is still not working even after numerous calls and chats to Digi Helpline and Digi livechat respectively

I don't understand. By right if you exceed your quota they can only throttle you and not cut you off totally. Complain to MCMC.

Now my report in MyDigi is 'Pending closure' for the 2nd case (i remember this case is calling to reset quota)

For me is 6 days lo.

As long as they never fix the 'quota' thing back to premigration style, you will never have internet as the 'quota' is exhausted

After continuous complaint, I finally get the free temporary 10gb but I am still not happy with their technical team

Today when i called digi (dont know this is which 'n'th time lo), they say they are still facing difficulties with both legacy plans in postpaid and prepaid. Somehow, the newer 2021 plans have no issue according to her la. This includes allocation of data (i think is quota) and plan management. They acknowledge that my plan, infinite, should get true unlimited quota like in t&c and not suppose to behave like the new postpaid. Then, she help me allocate the temporary 10gb.

I've been harping on it everyday. The live chat representative is also sick of me and told me off by saying the pandemic has cause everything and their relevant team it handling it.
