Hi Im using time 500mbps with ASUS AC86 router, but i cant get full speed of 500mbps, max can get up to 300+- only, any idea to solve this?

Have you tried directly connecting a laptop to the modem (BTU? GPON?) and establishing a PPOE connection to test the internet speed? If you still get below 500mbps then maybe it's not the router. |

Can WA8021V5 used as AP mode? I've tried to set a static IP 192.168.1.3, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.1.1 (my router), but couldn't get it to work, clients that connected to WA8021V5, either through wifi or Lan port can't get any valid IP.
If anyone has done it could you please share your settings? Thanks in advance.
