Using TIME for the past 2 months. Recently internet keep disconnect too frequent. CS also reply with the same answer, reset router, unplug cable etc..
Is this normal? Can I request them to check at my house?

Even on LAN Cable connection? I suggest you to bypass the router and connect to ONU to verify whether is it the router problem or the line connection problem. Connect your PC directly to the ONU LAN Port 1 and setup PPPOE on your PC. You need to get the PPPOE details ready. Thanks.

Hi guys, any way to upgrade the router? I am working from home and often times the internet will disconnect when I am working in my room. The router is in the living room.
I am staying in condo. Currently 100mbps.
