i have the same problem as well. also using this AC1200 model..
i did call TIME..they just pretend they dont knw about this issue..keep asking me to unplug plug the wire, close the router/modem for a minute and then restart again...bla bla bla..all this doesnt solve the problem..

my contract is exactly end by this month and too bad..the router also end of 2 yrs warranty.

nope. i am using individual plug point..no issue for the past 22months..
it doesnt happen always..but on and off, the router just restart itself...
and it usually happen the most during 8-11pm.

After some checking, RT-AX55 is almost same price as AX20/AX50.
so i think i will go for RT-AX55 which is in between my budget.
although RT-AX55 is relatively new, since this is 3 yrs warranty, i think no harm to go for it.

Hi, i have done the router setting for RT-AX55, so far no issue.
just plug and key in your PPPOE details.
There is no special ISP for TIME.

there is a new release of the firmware, but i yet to update it.
