i have the same problem as well. also using this AC1200 model..i did call TIME..they just pretend they dont knw about this issue..keep asking me to unplug plug the wire, close the router/modem for a minute and then restart again...bla bla bla..all this doesnt solve the problem..
my contract is exactly end by this month and too bad..the router also end of 2 yrs warranty.
