Hi would like to check if i were to move house during my contract period. is it possible? can i move together?

What is the new place don't support Time fibre?

Please advise.
*
You can relocate your line to the new house if the new place has TIME Coverage. There will be a relocation fees.

If the new place doesn't have coverage for TIME FIBRE.
You may transfer ownership to the new owner or someone else.

Thanks.

Can make it double as range extender/mesh and smart speaker?

Hi, so far there is no process to collect back the equipment yet, so can assume No.

Hi, if you are refering to the stock router EC230, then you can change the Operation Mode to Range Extender.

Thanks.

Yes, instead of carrying unifi from old place, would like to subscribe and switch to Time without incur penalty.

That's impossible to waive the penalty with different address.

Unifi and TIME Address must be the same to get the RM500 termination fee waived.

Thanks.

My condo management said TIME surveyed our condo and asked all those interested to keep registering interest. Does it mean TIME is planning to have service or just survey? So far Unifi and Maxis told me since my condo new hence port is limited. Figuring out how it works since not keep to go on unifi or maxis fiber unless super desperate if still got port.

Get prepare to wait for super long time even after your management signed the agreement form! We signed with Time on 2018, still get nothing until now! mad.gif

They give a lot of excuses, always say waiting this, waiting that, already more than 2 years, we still get nothing, still suffering from stupid streamyx mad.gif

Initially told us, after signed we will get the service in 6 - 9 months time, what a lame answer!

Whats the SOP for getting refund of credit after account ownership transfer?

I clearly remember the steps on transfer ownership. login selfcare>transfer ownership to start process. There it asked me to pay rm100 and asked for my bank details saying it will refund any excess post account transfer citing 90 days period.

Ive contacted live chat multiple times during the 90 days all said "refund is processing, may take up to 90 days". So I quiet lah. Now, it has been well over 100 days now yet my refund still nowhere to be seen. Contacted live chat again they told me I never submitted refund form, how to process.

what bullshit is this? You guys have to submit refund form as well ah after transfer? Then whats the point of asking my bank account details in the transfer process?

most dissappointing thing is only after 90 days period u tell me need submit form. why not since first time contact live chat? I dont event want to talk about what happened during the transfer. took almost a month to just process. is it so hard?

I transferred mine out just before MCO and got an email this week asking for the form to filled to refund. That's close to a 180 days passed before just sending out the email asking for the refund form to be filled.

Luckily its a tiny amount in my case, but the processing window is a complete lie.

Once the form is submitted, they state that it takes a further 90 days for it to be processed. LOL

Should just as well say please wait for an email in 6 months. Pfft.

Installed 100Mbps today, so far so good.

Under Self-care > Diagnostic, it says my firmware is outdated, is it necessary to keep firmware updated to latest version? The EC230-G1 router is using firmware 1.0_191028.27089. However, I'm not sure whether the update is for the router or for the Huawei modem, the page doesn't mention what's the current version and the new version. It says the update may take up to 1 hour to complete, which is really long blink.gif
