after restart modem, first test got 300dl 400ul but after few minute drop back 50 upload. strange?

what u mean to connect pc to onu? is it the cable connect from PC directly to ONU LAN1? when PC connect to ONU LAN1 no internet?

Yeah bro, I had the same problem. This is weird as this evening was fine. Not sure whether it is on dota server or TIME side

Ping : 8ms
Loss in: 0
Loss out: 0

Tonight
Ping: 50-55ms
Loss in: 45-50
Loss out: 45-50

EDIT 1: Tested again with my 4G phone hotspot and faced the same issue too. So the issue is high likely on dota server instead of TIME side. Whoops, my bad I perform usb hotspot to PC while enabling phone wifi, which means I just hotspot back TIME internet to my PC. Re-test my 4G hotspot - high ping but no packet loss

EDIT 2: Got ppl reported in FB that they are using TIME and facing the same high ping & packet loss issue but some that aren't. Can someone share your result of "tracert sgp-1.valve.net"? Thanks in advance. Btw, I've reported this screenshot to cs@time.com.my for them to see.

I'm having issue on CS:GO too, keep getting 40 - 50% loss...
Ping also getting 50-60 and it used to be 5...

It's normal if you get 2xxMbps once a while, best we could achieve 3xxMbps on this Router.
