Hi, since time upgraded my 100mbps to 500mbps, i never get any higher than 300mbps download speed with my 5ghz wifi
Isit my router got problem?

Even with my note 9, best oso 300..

My router is archer c1200

So, for 500mbps package, we need what router?

Btw, tplink advertise c1200 can get 867mbps, now can only 300...

my receiver 4x4..

but result not even half of advertised speed..

today i brought back my office laptop and tested with my lan port..

seems like port 4 no respond, not sure faulty or disabled?
port 1 always connect to my tv, so all the while its ok..

then i perform speed test on port 2

with cat5e cable

how can be cat5e worse than wifi??

I will buy n try with a new cat6 cable this weekend,
if really router spoil, any idea how to complain?

my pc no anti virus... then after i off firewall....
