No downgrade option found in self care portal for now. Can request manual downgrade after contract ended.

So ur contract kena refreshed by 24 months? So for this 24 months u could not downgrade or terminate else u need to pay the penalty which is rm500 or remaining months of subscription whichever is higher.

And this free speed upgrade only lasts for 24 months? While u will be paying rm129 usual price after that?

You still can proceed to downgrade after contracts ended but not sure what are the available packages for downgrade.

Yes 500Mbps. What I understand, it's not "previous". Still current package of 500Mbps with temporary boost to 600Mbps.

It will be done automatically in stages, and price remains the same.

download speed upgraded to 600Mbps but no upgrade on upload speed hmm

Congrats but sadly i still 500mbps

Mine in main page shows 500Mbps but in shop page current speed shows 600Mbps.

Hi guys, I replaced my times hg8145x6-10 router with a TP-Link router, and wanted to use the time router for my other home ALLO provider, I can't seem to configure it to connect with ALLO internet, no option to select dynamic ip
