No, contract didn't refreshed for 24 months. Still remains the old contract period.

You still can proceed to downgrade after contracts ended but not sure what are the available packages for downgrade.

Successfully downgrade to 200mbps RM 99 after 300mbps RM 109 promo contract ended.

Just chat with CS to unlock the downgrade option in the portal to proceed.

In overall, Time's move on free upgrade makes their lower end package more competitive in the market.

After downgraded, direct assign to 200mbps package. I think all 100mbps accounts will be upgraded to 200mbps progressively.

If you downgrade to 200mbps package within promo period with condition, your contract has ended, no contract extension is applied.

But in the portal, you can opt for 24 months contract for free wifi6 router with 200mbps package.
