My office using one. From my experience, the modem need external cooling for more stable usage. If your area has strong 5G signal and above 100Mbps speed most of the time, that's is a good alternative to fibre.

anyone experience like try ask for OTP and sometimes wait forever the OTP never arrive? sometimes need to click request again then suddenly 2 OTPs received... but sometimes request many times still no OTP...

is this UMobile issue or bank OTP server issue?

Banks are moving away from SMS based OTP. Maybank for example, use the installed app authentication, even for credit card.

well...i try to redeem rewards and the only option is SMS OTP.... end up i call customer service and redeem directly from Customer Service...

I just upgraded my U Postpaid plan from U Postpaid 38 to U Postpaid 68 on the first day of my new billing cycle. However, I noticed that the new unbilled amount is RM 112.36.
 
Is that mean I will be charged for both the old U Postpaid 38 plan and the new U Postpaid 68 plan in the next billing cycle? This seems unreasonable for me. Thanks if anyone can answer my inquiry.

Could it be that the Rm38 (from previous cycle) +new Rm68 (current cycle)? Try to call CS to clarify on this.

Ampang area , at Ampang gleneagle nw , no line at all (zero bar) . Dont think is sim problem bcoz early morning i still c got full bar , lucky using dual sim .

Weekday nights using 5G U Mobile is very slow in my area. Bandar Sri Damansara! Hardly can surf/play video!

If switch back to 4G, working fine

I've just terminated uhome wireless 5g after a month using it.. almost no coverage in putrajaya & KL.. very bad service.. wasting my money
