I recently encounter a bad experience with this provider
Due to their recent migration work of decomm 3g and move to 4g / VOLTE , i was experiencing erratic call drop, unable to make calls and data connectivity issue.
i did raise a complaint via their chatbot but it didn't get thru ( as per their claim) .
Been using their service about 6 month which was ok till recently. I was using a MI 10 5g phone.
3 weeks of poor reception service, thought it was my phone issue and decided to get a new one.
take note, this period, i already file a complaint with MCMC and the provider have yet to revert on the status of the complaint
Sign up for 1 of those rahmah package and gotten my self a honor 90 lite.
all of a sudden , everything was working fine.
This is when the service provider came back and say that my old phone was not supported becoz it does not support 4g/volte
feel cheated as the cause of the problem was by the provider migration work
now buta buta bought a phone for no reason and worst, tied to a 24 month contract
follow up with provider, they not willing to waive the early termination fees as i agree and sign the contract. (wtf)
Super piss with the outcome .
What are the options available to dispute this case?
1. - i no longer want to use this useless provider
2. - provider insists me to pay full penalty ( early termination fees)
Any suggestion are welcome
Your phones really so old ? I think phones 3+ years ago already can do LTE.
