new plan must have active line to use the internet...not sure whether the new plan comes with Always active like Digi

Info on U25 from umobile:
The internet plan is offered to the users of the new 5G prepaid plan. For interested customers, customers can purchase a new 5G prepaid plan for a new number. Meanwhile for existing customers prepaid customer, switching to the new 5G prepaid plan is not yet available. For existing prepaid user, customer will be notified via SMS if the option to change into the new 5G prepaid plan is available. My umobile is very slow at night. Is this normal? No problem in the morning & evening
