QUOTE(YoungMan @ Nov 2 2024, 10:15 AM) If they awarded to Maxis or CelcomDigi it's won't controversial as now..They expensive but their coverage keep updating on time. Where as U Mobile never care about expanding coverage. There's no point you offering cheap plans when your coverage is so-so |

QUOTE(NagaK @ Nov 2 2024, 11:10 AM) If they awarded to Maxis or CelcomDigi it's won't controversial as now.. In the end U Mobile will work with CDB and TM to implement it. Already reported in SoyacincauThey expensive but their coverage keep updating on time. Where as U Mobile never care about expanding coverage. There's no point you offering cheap plans when your coverage is so-so |

In the case of 5G coverage, the last mile isn't Umobile's problem per se.They expensive but their coverage keep updating on time. Where as U Mobile never care about expanding coverage. QUOTE(NagaK @ Nov 2 2024, 11:10 AM) If they awarded to Maxis or CelcomDigi it's won't controversial as now.. Yeap I agree. Back in 2017 ish I was using their prepaid service and despite their cheap and affordable plans, their service was very bad. Full 4G signal but very slow network. Indoor coverage also very poor. Ported to other telcos and never looked back. Then few months ago, I subscribed to their RM38 postpaid plan, hoping that their service will improve significantly but to my disappointment their service and coverage is still very bad compared to other MNO. I can’t even browse FB in my office without having for it to load.. and this is at Bandar Utama. No point having so much data available but cannot use. They expensive but their coverage keep updating on time. Where as U Mobile never care about expanding coverage. There's no point you offering cheap plans when your coverage is so-so NagaK liked this post

Where as U Mobile never care about expanding coverage. There's no point you offering cheap plans when your coverage is so-so cut their roaming partners from 200+ too 63 because of the free roaming. means if go out of the 63 now cant roam twice i kena with umobile zero roaming couldnt receive tac this kind of network go give 2nd network rights |

No wonder U Mobile is selected to lead the second 5G ....
Based on the latest SSM data, U Mobile is currently half-owned by Singapore-based Straits Mobile Investments Pte Ltd which holds a 48.3% stake in the orange telco. This is followed by DYMM Agong Sultan Ibrahim holding 22.3% |

QUOTE(NoNameSoldier @ Nov 2 2024, 12:07 PM) In the end. TM still win. Both network will do business with TM. Through collab & fibre leasing. But, leave DNB to Maxis & YTL.. Expensive wif cheapsmore telco... 30 mil U-CD-TM vs 10 mil Maxis-YTL Waiting for U Home 5G on DNB 2 network. With SA or Advanced gigabit speed. Time to ditch fibre monopoly under TMnut..RM68 vs RM89 fibre. No contract somemore. TM need to cut fibre price when FWA is people choice for rental home user. |

QUOTE(Nyan1234 @ Oct 1 2024, 01:54 AM) I just upgraded my U Postpaid plan from U Postpaid 38 to U Postpaid 68 on the first day of my new billing cycle. However, I noticed that the new unbilled amount is RM 112.36. Hey everyone, my latest bill just came out, and it turns out U Mobile has charged me for both my old and new plans. I’ve already filed a complaint through the app and contacted customer service. The rep confirmed it’s likely an error and promised to report it. But it’s been a few days now, and I haven’t received any updates. Any advice on what I should do next?Is that mean I will be charged for both the old U Postpaid 38 plan and the new U Postpaid 68 plan in the next billing cycle? This seems unreasonable for me. Thanks if anyone can answer my inquiry. ![]() |
