Crap line.... This is the speed during at night although good signal... Already lodge a complain

The thing is we are paying Umobile to use their service.
Regardless of the time, 0.2Mbps is unusable. Unless you are the person that only use WhatsApp or FB lite etc..
Even if in peak hour, we should be able to surf the web, browse through Instagram, fb and maybe watch YouTube videos ( 480p below )..  Don't expect crazy fast speed, but more like usable speed.

its not intermittent. it is prolonged below 1mbps... 1/5 of the speed paid...its not about picky but its about non-usability offered in full bar service area.

So should I describe VoWiFi?

I'm not sure you can change from or to VoLTE/VoWiFi in the middle of a call; from your description, probably doesn't work.

By the way Digi Broadband by default block Voice over IP calls, maybe that's why it's not handling VoWiFi calls very well.

This is the first time I learnt that prepaid simcards being blocked for Mifi/router... Only Umobile did. Anyone knows where is it specified in the TnC?

You don't understand, Umobile gx30 cap video streaming at SD only (i.e 1.5 Mbps). Not saying 3 Mbps can't do HD.
