Be more specific bro. 35% all round, or fws, or rws, or front windows, or rear windows.

If fws, I think sure kena if stopped at roadblock. Do note that the glass itself has some degree of tint.
*
Sorry bro.. 35 vlt is for side windows.. because i never did any tint below 50 lol and there is a risk of kena saman. Just want to know whether is there any significant from raw eye for 50 or.35 vlts on side windows

Ya. That's why I am still thinking laugh.gif But I didnt plan to change the rim, only change the rubber. The original size only have eco tyre......
*
Haha, if you plan to stick to stock rims, then better dont get wider tyres like 205...It will have the tyre wider than rims...I think max you can go is 195...But is difficult to get this sizes...You can always check thru tyre size calculator to check compability and upgrades within 3% from the original size.

Getting the car next month.. questions for all sifus...

1. Saw that Honda offer ecotint ray barrier 4+ with 1.6k price. Is it worth it? Or should just go outside and tint 3m crystalline for around 2.2-2.4k?

2. Plan to get the duck spoiler. Honda price rm900++. Would it be better to do outside ? Maybe three four times cheaper. But will the paint color fade faster because paint material maybe not same?
*
Have not try ecotint. BUt so far on 3M crystaline for 3 years plus...is great. I think better than my previous Vkool.

I'm using scotshield crystalline 40 for all windows. The good thing about 3M is the vision is great from inside the car - not dark, compared to someone viewing from outside.
You may try to ask the shop to do a comparison using sample films before deciding.

City can drive 180km/h without damaging engine. I try multiple times b4, but tyre botak really2 fast. In 1 year only 20k km, it already bald. Lol. And it tiring as hell driving fast. I think due to weight, weak braking and out of breath power once try to gain back speed after slowdown.

I no longer drive fast using city, but still drive a bit fast (140km/h to 160km/h) using another car, camry 2.4v. People here said toyota suspension soft like pandan; but I feel highway cruising damn nice compare to city which use hard suspension.. I believe due to weight as camry is around 1500kg, while city only 1100kg.

Now insaf city drive only 120km/h, tyre can last 50k km wo. Not tipu one, I also shock.
Ya, agree. City not really suitable drive fast.

The steering feels too light. Doesn’t instill confidence during high speed cornering.

17inch is the current trend for most of the cars, so more choices compared to 16inch. Price difference is not that big too.

205/50/r16 will fit just fine to stock 16inch rim. But got a feeling that the tire is sliding slightly at the bottom side during hard cornering. Maybe just my feeling...dunno πŸ€”

for 20 segments in fuel gauge, 1st segment can last almost 100km, then the rest finish up faster whenever fuel become lesser, especially the final 2 or 3 segments which shows only left 30km range to go... Is it normal? lol

of course the tyre will fit because the diameter is the same. However, the width of the rim does not suits the tyre...Stock rim is about 5-5.5inch wide...It suits best tyre size 175/185. The rim and tyre sidewall will be straight.

When you change from 185 to 205 without changing the stock rim, now you still have same rim witdh or 5/5.5inch with a wider tyre. If you notice, now your tyre surface is wider than your rim. You can see your tyre sidewall curving towards the rim instead of straight. This is 1 of the reason that cause the tyre sliding feel because the force should come from above not inwards.

It happen to my car also last time...first i change from 185/55/15 to 195/55/15 on stock rim (5inch width). Later on i change the stock rim to aftermarket rims with 6/6.5 inch while using the same tyre. It feels much more better compare to using stock rims...

Yes. Steering so light combined with light body weight, really nightmare drive at cross wind.

Few times need to slow down when cruise high speed along pedas linggi/senawang due to strong wind. Can easily felt the wind hit car body.

But some city owner just hentam drive fast2 during strong wind. Really topkek la.lol
Not only city. I feel other car in my house also got the same characteristics. Pump in full tank. The needle stay so long at full indicator. Then below half, the drop rate down really fast.

Occasionally I also whack 180 lah. Only if all stars aligned, straight line, clear traffic, good weather.
If kena pot hole or some crazy cars suddenly cucuk into your lane without judging your speed = die...😱

I know...the stock rim is just too narrow.
The only reason that stops me from replacing it, is that Enkei stock rim is so well-built, like a tank.
You can basically throw a nuclear bomb at it, & it will still probably survive. πŸ˜’

My personal experience with camry stock 17 inch, tyre price is between rm450 to rm500 per piece. Most 17 inch comes with higher model such as ps4/mc6/s001/re003 and etc. While city 16inch price between rm180 to rm230. And camry wear out fast also πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚, which make them really pricy for me. City can easily last 2 years πŸ˜€

Rm180-230 for 16" is probably price for OEM brands like Silverstone or Goodyear. You wouldn't want to get these if you looking for something better. FYI, I've bought Michelin XM2 15" for Rm220 like 5 years ago. I would say 16" pricing is closer to 17" than it is to 15" due to it being odd size (not so popular).

A photo would be useful.
Anyway, expansion tank (or spare tank) acts to store excess coolant from radiator when it expands from cold during operation. When it cools down (after you stop engine), coolant will contract and it draws coolant from the tank. This helps to ensure there is no air in the pressure part of cooling system. Air promotes oxidation aka rusting.

Therefore, if your expansion tank is empty, I feel you should check the coolant level in the radiator too. If you keep losing level, you have a leak.

Normal. My old car also like that. Always takes longer for the gauge to do down from the full sign.

the expansion tank coolant level is around the bottom line (2nd line) there when last night i check it. so i just add some normal water inside it.
so i guess i have to open again tonight to add water into the radiator itself?
sorry i am newbie still on learning for these checking. the last time add coolant is at July during service.(if they got add it)

Any problems if use battery water to topup radiator? According to the bottle label, it uses 100% deionised water.
