we just played safe since upgrade is free while downgrade might imposed RM200 (but there is also no penalty for downgrade as well)

30Mbps to 300Mbps, tested with 5G wifi by my relatives stayed nearby to my house.
Results was MEH

3 things to do.

Upgrade your wireless router, test with CAT5E and above cable and stand closer to router.

I'm still paying rm149 for 10mbps (upgrade from 5mbps previously), last time i went to TM titiwangsa but they say new package (rm139 for 30mbps) only for new subscriber and don't let me up/downgrade, for my case what can i do ah? can terminate and reapply because over 2yr contracts but I takut the port ran out in my area, if re-apply cannot get then habis liao

Didn’t you see new plan? New plan is RM100Mbps for RM129. You are definitely eligible for it. You are allowed to reapply or upgrade now. See here: https://unifi.com.my/personal/home/fibre-broadband

Bang table and argue for your rights. Make sure you tell them to give you new equipment. You won’t be eligible for Unifi TV on STB though.

Here's an idea, you can upgrade to 100Mbps RM129 package now and contract will renew for another 2 years.

Read 1st page, 1st post, green text! Yes it does support 500Mbps. Your router must support it too. Read 1st page, 1st post, green text for compatible routers.

Confirmed it's CAT-5e as using TM stock router, maybe just play around wifi setting for optimum wifi speeds.

Another reasons is he/she didn't clean reboot yet but noticed speed was improved.

Forget about getting turbo speed on TM stock router, it is crap. Upgrade router based on recommendations on 1st page. Good luck.

my speed is 100Mbps, speed test can get 105Mbps.

However when use YTD Youtube downloader to download youtube video, speed is less then 100kbps.

why like that?

i am unifi lite RM149 with std 20 but i cancel std 20. saved my money. i don't upgarade my wifi but last week, i make speedtest i got 40-55mbps, upload 18-22mbps. when i check unifi portal, my account still unifi lite with ultimate package. i am a lucky one.

It is the software problem. You need to pay for the Pro Version to download faster.

why so slow, can u download a big file's like's 1gb or 10gb. how much speed u have

download from Microsoft webside can reach 100Mbps for a while and then become 50Mbps, should be ok
