I'm still paying rm149 for 10mbps (upgrade from 5mbps previously), last time i went to TM titiwangsa but they say new package (rm139 for 30mbps) only for new subscriber and don't let me up/downgrade, for my case what can i do ah? can terminate and reapply because over 2yr contracts but I takut the port ran out in my area, if re-apply cannot get then habis liao

if they insist i need to renew my contract to another 2y then i lodge complaint to MCMC
y always penalize existing subscriber (especially over 24mth contract punya)
they should price match instead
cut the crap of only eligible for new sub, tell that to MCMC

just out of curiousity, does any1 around ulu klang (ukay), ampang, wangsa maju, setapak received turbo upgrade? Cuz I heard from my friend in JB they have been turbo-ed, and others friends in klang valley area they still stick to the old plans (VIP10, 30mbps, 50mbps).. if anyone around these area got turbo-ed then i need to kacau their CS daily liao

just lodged a complaint over SKMM ... hopefully to get my turbo soon ...

if cannot kasi turbo first then just cut the pricing back to 79/129 first until promise fulfilled la, why must force us to complaint
