I changed my unifi to 100mbps RM129 package effective last week and this morning got a SMS saying my account has been TURBO-ed to 300mbps.

After checking with TM vie livechat/twitter, they confirmed my account was back to 300mbps and being charged the previous package price!

Please check and lodge reports with TM if anyone faced the same

OT: Any recommendations for seedboxes that can make full use of Unifi Turbo 500/800Mbps?
Have speed tested alot of seedboxes, most can't even go over 300Mbps (37.5MB/s) download.

Hmm, tats weird, just now @ tm said 129 is the base price which u only can watch on hypp tv app instead of tvbox? If need watch through TVbox need add 30 then u get ultimate pack also?

Isn't your package has been changed to RM129 100Mbps without STB & not eligible for turbo, but then they changed back to your previous package and turbo it ?

i did not complaint after that because i appreciate more just adding rm10 to get extra 200mbps (become 300mbps lah). lol
