noob TM.
call and request for unifi password to setup my router.
was told that resetting a unifi password take 24hours...
what the hell - it is 2018 and yet resetting a password take 1 day.

I don't know the password, so they have to reset it lo.
I contact via LiveChat and Call also tell me the same thing, no choice.

same response from twitter.
they reset my password and tell me to wait 24 hour, what a shame.
now I am down without internet for 24hours until I get the new password from my mobile.
sucks to max.

Hi guys just one question:
I try to downgrade my current package from rm179(50mbps) to rm129 for 100mbps, but the TM point guys say I need to cancel my package first then re-apply again after 24 hours under the same name.

Is this true or he is telling lies just to avoid me from downgrading my package.

anyone from bandar kinrara had received the turbo upgrade? being waiting for quite sometime already

Does downgrade to rm129 package from rm179 package is not direct?
I mean to say we need to first cancel and old package and apply the new package after 24 hours? this is what the TM guys tell me

just downgrade from rm179 to rm129 plan.
The technician come to my house somemore, give me a free TP-link AC1200 router while I'm already using the better Tp-link AC1750 router.

now I'm on 100mbps from 50mbps.

when singapore is on 1gbps while we're still on 100mbps with the same price from TM.

downgrade dulu - go to TMpoint taipan, they can arrange downgrade for you.
if there is better plan then upgrade later lo - you won't rugi. But if you waiting for turbo - u will rugi few months.

rm149 with 500mbps for time.
seem like the best deal at the moment

i'm paying rm129 for 100mbps - macam not worthy.

from my downgrade experience, I go tmpoint in Taipan, within 2 days the technician come.
