My guess is yes, if you have the appropriate shipping voucher for both sellers then only 1 shipping voucher will be used for free/discounted shipping.

Yes, you can. If one seller is RM40 shipping and the other is RM19, you'll need to use the RM40 shipping voucher. If both are RM19 then RM19 voucher is good enough.

Have any one experienced the case where your order did not arrived but the shopee system moved the status to completed and credit the coins into your account? It just happened to me and now i don't have the option to click refund.

u should always check the status, if not delivered by the stipulated time, then should extend shopee guarantee or refund. once completed, u have no more protection even if it doesn't arrive.
