coz it seems too fake. i redeem the voucher at 12.0X am. then i proceed to pay around 12.1Xam, terus no longer in my voucher list, but i dont think it is that fast.

then 1 o'clock release 20% voucher capped at 1800coins, so i buy my stuff use this voucher instead, after purchase, the SC RM35 is back, straight away cancel the earlier order and place new order at 1.34am using SC RM35 voucher. sometimes shopee like to play mind trick with us. LOL.

hopefully along the way they will release cashback voucher with RM40 min spending (usually towards the end like 10pm, 11pm) still got one thing left in my cart. not in rush since it's from normal seller (not preferred nor mall) and most of the current voucher release also doesnt meet the spending criteria.

As long the seller havent click process or item (tracking number generated) the u cancel and shopee will accept ur cancellation instantly

I thought 3,000 shopee coins redemption is per day? I redeemed 3,000 coins yesterday (12/12). Today I cant use my coins anymore. Stupid shopee

Edit: 12/12. I just made payment using aeon rm30 voucher, after payment, my coins can redeem again. I think their apps so stupid, some more payment always failed.

Game over. 10% voucher cannot be use to buy all bigpay/gopayz/boost topup anymore. Seller has confirmed this.

I missed out the 18% cashback min spend RM120 just now 6pm voucher. It was capped at how many coins ya? Anyone remember?

Buy something at rm480 get 7,200 coins. Without the voucher, i would only get 100. So u were saying the actual voucher only give u extra 7,100? Which i think better than not applying the voucher right

Hi. Anyone ever pay astro via shopee however ur astro acc did not get updated.

I paid on thursday until today bo update.

Ive been paying astro in shopee quite a while now, usually i will get the sms from astro to notify on payment within 5 mins of payment, but this time no update at all.

Ive also checked my astro online portal but no update

I’ve made partial refund in the past. No coins at all. Contacting shopee and they say that’s how the system works. My refund was around april 2020.
