Ohh, so that's the technique to reject and ask for refund. From my experience, poslaju requires one to sign for the package unlike J&T which can just simply throw your package into the house and (fake your signature at times). So for those who want to reject and refund, better option is choose poslaju instead of J&T 'coz then if you don't pick up the package and don't answer poslaju, that means you didn't receive the package.

Last time told seller and shopee want to reject and refund. Really long battle to finally being able to get back my $. It seems that your way is easier especially when dealing with less than honest seller who keep delaying your parcel and reject your cancellation request and refund request

Thanks, bro. The voucher had finished by the time i tried to key in so couldn't see the T&C. I was considering delaying my purchase another month if it didnt have a cap. You saved me a lot of time.

i bought something during MCO and the shipping deadline by shopee is 5th of May, the seller already informed me that only able to ship out after MCO. i know that this can be extend by 3 days 1 time only, what will happen after i extend? what can i do if i insist to wait for the seller to ship (i use coupon on this deal so i dont want to cancel)
