Already mention during MCO having problem with courier delivery , I just read here 20 pages discussion on cancellation and late delivery , date move forward and etc.
The best is to list down which shop store really ship out and you guys can confirm , red zone may not able to get deliver.

Until now I still confuse with seller at shope having those store name as .my .os .fbs _os and etc.Can someone explain in details of those dots shop represent ?

Nope , we are ok with rm5 delivery but no CC on garage sales , all cash and direct payment and not secure if item lost and etc.Must have a middle EM holder to hold the $ until item arrived.Except for COD.Also ,now MCO not much people have Cash in hand for extra to buy off.
As we know , most of garage sales , in high possible of scam if it's not done during COD.If the person is living is different state COD is not possible and is a risk to pay full amount.

.my means China seller, they can either ship from oversea or local Malaysia.

.fbs means fully pack item by Shopee. Example: Tesco.fbs, means Tesco items keep in Shopee warehouse, and operates by Shopee management.

.os means 1st official store.

_os means official store too. When there are more than 1 legal distributors, then _os happen. Example, Ugreen.os , a mall seller, ships from China. Ugreen Official Store, a preffered seller, ships from local.

How do we know the item from shope warehouse ? got address from shope warehouse location ?
sometimes i buy from OS but the box is printed with shope mall Free shipping shope logo.

I wonder how is a store registration on selecting the .dots .

Besides my,os,fbs what other dots we need to know or I miss out ?

I wonder what is the use of having some much coins rebate offered by shoppe, apart from claiming all those petty voucher, what else can we do?

Can seller insist on sending out an item after i have request for cancellation? When i request for cancellation, there were no courier no. yet. The seller reject my cancellation and stil send it out.

What can i do? Do i accept when the item reach me? Can i reject acceptance from the courier company?

I dont think so. When u paid, u accept the item to be delivered or shipped out before a certain date. So, unless those 2 things are breached, its entirely up to the seller whether to accept ur cancellation or not.

From shopee help:

- If the cancellation request is done before the payment is successful or within 72 hour of order updated as paid (Only for ready stock orders), cancellation will not need seller's approval and can be cancelled immediately.
- If cancellation request is done after 72 hour of order updated as paid or after seller had arrange shipment of the order, the request will need seller's approval to proceed. Any cancellation request not responded by seller within 2 days will be auto accepted and refunded to the buyer.
- Any cancellation request for order of "pre-order" items will need seller's approval before it is being cancelled.

Shopee items from China is allowed? Anyonce bought and received from China during MCO?

My item was supposed to ship out by 28-04-2020. Today is 29-04-2020, but the system does not automatically cancel the order, despite status is still "PREPARING". I click cancel/refund but the seller rejects and says it will be shipped soon. I have no choice but to extend shopee guarantee. Now the new to-be-shipped date is 01-05-2020.
What is the chance it will auto cancel on 02-05-2020? I guess zero due to shitty shopee system?

How do I avoid this in the future? Should I just keep quiet (don't click cancel myself) and wait for system to auto cancel?
