click refund. chat with seller. he say please return.

Question:
1. shoppee guide say that i need to wait for seller to click accept return only i can proceed return. So that seller keep on delaying the return process. What can I do? wait until he click it? ( there is a dateline for it)

2. Who will bare the return shipping charges? last time using lazada i will get my return shipping charges as well. not sure about shopee

Not sure, I never noticed.
But all 7 types of PGC are "Mall" items.

After 24 hours only arrived. Sure will not using it for the 2nd time.

I have a new sim card and try to register a new account from my same phone but the new account and referral vouchers are all invalid. Shopee support said I have multi linked account.

Do they track by imei now or is they anyway to get around this?

2. on their FAQ it should be bare by the buyer. but if you got a strong case(damage/malfunction/different item). it should be bare by seller. if the seller refuse to bare return shipping. you can always raise a dispute so shopee will decide for it.

No, IMEI is not exposed to apps. But your phone will have a UUID of some sort that they can tell that it's the same phone. You can change that ID by reinstalling your phone (at least on iPhone, Android might have an easier way.)
