I just bought Sandisk micro SD card from Sandisk Official Store on 12.12.. However until this date, they still did not ship my item.. I noted that ship out due date is on 18.12.2018..

Already chat with them, their answers is due to peak sales and courier service problem.. But come to frustration when I saw comments such as good service and fast delivery.. now 19.12.2018 still my item not been shipped..

Almost the same case with mine, official store for Friso milk. Chatted and they asked me to cancel the order as they had no stock. Also due date for shipping is 18/12. I'm waiting to see if it'll auto cancel as well

Seems like Lazada's official stores are better than Shopee's, never had any issues there before. But Shopee's preferred sellers seems to be better too.

Ya, I think Lazada Official Store is better.. But I noted that during 12.12 Sales, Shopee got more vouchers and price quite cheaper compared to Lazada.. That why I purchase through Shopee this time..

Yes that's right, cheaper on Shopee hence I bought there too...but unfortunately not much use if pretending to sell but out of stock

Might try other preferred sellers or back to Lazada Mall in the future for peace of mind.

My experience with SanDisk store on Shopee, bought 2 pendrives at around 3pm, arrived next day at 11am. Location at Klang. Shocked me. First time so so so fast deliver. Like as if it was a private direct despatch.

This was before 1111 and 1212 tho. It was when they just stsrted their shop on Shopee.

Maybe there's really too congested.

they're ONLY good at those 15 days return guarantee (in case of malfunction/damages/wrong item return)

I purchased the micro sd card on 12.12 because price is cheaper, got discount and free shipping.. Futher, in every their product, the comments was really good especially fast delivery..

I don't t see any comments on delivery issue, so I'm expecting their service probably is very good.. Official Store some more, so they may prepared for peak sales..

My item suppose to ship latest by 18.12.2018.. Until today, no update.. After scold them, then only my item being picked up by PosLaju.

After I scold them today, then only my item has been picked up by PosLaju on 7.04pm.. Pending their reply, I tick Extend Shipping Time..

Really stress..

i agree with you guys, official store in shopee worse than lazada.
i have bad experience with nestle official. order item A later receive item B.
after complaint and give picture etc they ask to return for refund which is i have no luxury time to do that. lazada still have their perks for this matter
