facing the same issue as my cc already debited twice for the payment transaction and no record with shoppee for that payment

Failed to pay and suddenly got SMS that the payment successful..checked my online banking and yes, the same payment amount has been debited

So, already done my job by sending email to shoppee for clarification regarding of my payment, send email to Hong Leong to complaint how they authorized the payment eventhough I not even key in the tac number!!!

And the best part already log the complaint with BNM on the unauthorized payment issue by the Bank...the tac should be the mechanism to protect customer but in this case definitely customer at risk, just imagine someone know your bank/card info use this opportunity to manipulate your account/card make the purchase.

In the social media, there are a lot of complain can be read that the bank asked the customer to liaise directly with shoppe to resolved the issue and this is not fair to the customer

If in the first place, the tac mechanism by the bank is ok, collapse during the glitch, this issue will not happen

Now just waiting for their reply and if this issue is not resolved, maybe can report it to the ministry

what's shopee policy on electronic products? say if the item i purchased is not original, is it possible to report to shopee and claim refund?

What to expect for thank you sale? Will there be free shipping for min RM12 spending? My payment was rejected just now, wonder if I'd wait for any discount code.

what can we do if the seller haven't send the item even after the expected shipment date? tried messaging them, but no respond tho. wasted 1 week waiting. zzz
