Hi, did anyone experience scam once click ' order received ' which means shopee has paid the seller.

I eagerly bought 'Netfx' for cheap price. I know, "WHY kan" hahaBut how do you bring this up with Shopee?? They wont refund back the money because it has been released to seller. Anyone experience things like this?

Shouldn't have clicked Received until you're satisfied with the product or service. Have you contact their CS?

Yah I tried. It seems like the seller remove all the products in the shop and re-upload new one

Ya my parcel got stuck since 26 July. Luckily the Shopee seller is kind enough to update me, apparently a few of Shopee Express delivery hub has COVID+ cases, and got forced to close.

Look like seller trying bypassing Shopee Platform and COD to you personally, can be a cheating, that's why they don't speak with you using build-in live chat.

Using shopee pay which petrol station gives cashback now?
For now Iam using the shell's Rm30 and rm4 cashback promo.
I read that offline payment rm15 smtg also got cashback,
How does it work? Can someone help me to explain it?

May be he misunderstood the meaning of the Order Received button. He may think it will lead him to a download link?
