Guys, if today is the delivery deadline and I don't get my product, what happens yea?

The final price of my item is RM16, but no free shipping. Any idea how to get it?

U can go to your order page and click 'Return/Refund'. Shopee agent will ask the seller to provide proof of delivery and investigate this case further before they refund u. This process might take a couple of days for both the seller and Shopee agent to action on this.

For me, if order still under To Ship status, I shall chat with Seller n give him another 3 more days by extenting Shopee Guarantee. If Seller still fail to ship order then only I ask for a refund. Anyway, order may be cancelled by Shopee automatically if Seller fail to ship order before delivery deadline.

If order is under To Receive status then I shall liaise with courier service provider.

I have been using Shopee apps to pay bill PTPTN (SSPN) since last year. But today and yesterday failed. Message popped up "Oops, the product not available for now. Please try later". Anyone else facing this problem?

If refund items due to item not arriving within the shipping window, what happens? Anyone got any experience? Item stuck at one location for over a week, last day of window was yesterday. Shopee guarantee ends in 3 days. Issue is with shipping company, not seller.

Does anyone know why Shopee coins are not refunded when a particular order is refunded fully?

I had this before. Steps below

a) if not yet pass deadline then don't bother. If pass deadline or last day of shopee extended guarantee of 3 days, message to shopee CS first. Tell them shipment stucked without moving. Already last day of shopee guarantee and you will proceed to click refund since not yet arrive before guarantee end. Shopee will say okay to proceed. Screen shot the conversations as proof.

b) send the conversation with CS to seller. Tell them shopee says okay to refund after guarantee ends. My seller says okay proceed, they will take your conversation with CS to claim compensation from shopee. Remember to screen shot your conversation with seller.

c) for both screen shots above, only screen shot vital chats. Don't screen shot everything otherwise cannot attach all. I remember refund and upload evidence only 6 images. Seller will reject refund and raise dispute to prove to shopee, this is shopee express or JnT issue, not theirs.

d) CS will contact you. They will promise you delivery within 1 or 2 days. For that, don't click accept proposal. They give 3 days to reply, if I remember correctly. If you don't receive by then, click reject CS proposal and screen shot your parcel location via tracking. My case, I click reject then was refunded within 1 day. After that, shipping company will send your parcel back to seller. If they fail, shopee will refund seller money as well. This is between shopee and seller.

If you use any personal vouchers, you can message CS again with order ID to ask for reinstatement of voucher. If u buy them via grab or digi or mana mana, will be a bit tough, but I got my voucher reinstatement. But if you use event voucher like 12pm, 8pm vouchers, then bakar je la.

You sure you used shopee coins? Go see your coin history and check if they refunded you or not. Screen shot the coin history to show out, but no in. Then contact CS. Should refund within 1 or 2 days.

Finally the "no shipping choice" problem hit me. Earlier today courier call me saying want to send my item. they told me to share location. I did twice. until now item didnt arrived which I figure its not gonna be today anymore. waste my time waiting.

SKYNET courier in my area is so shiet and trash. Used other controversial couriers before like JnT and NinjaVan, never had problem like this. They dont even need to ask me to send my location. Just call asking direction and boom arrived. POSLAJU, GDEX also very good. most of the times they dont even need to ask me anymore since they become familiar already. Tau2 barang sampai. Never had to used SKYNET before because my other courier choice is pretty good but because of this new retarded policy. damn. I hope Shopee revert back.

I think Shopee does not use Skynet, only Lazada.

Then how come mine ship by Skynet. Shop is "bestworldcollection".

Parcel from KL stuck at Shah Alam DC since 27/7 till now still havent get it. Called CS ask me to click return/refund so they could make report to expedite on my parcel.

They said Shah Alam DC is working as usual as of now. She said they did have covid cases on July.

So i think thats why all our orders from shopee express are stucked at Shah Alam DC MP3 Sorting centre due to July 7/14 days quaratine period. 14 days of parcels stucked there.
