Shopee free shipping rm0 can have multiple items from multiple sellers in same order?

One thing sucks, rm15 free shipping cannot combine from multiple sellers. Lazada can

Same nimjavan sucks. Say out for delivery two days in a row

Other never face this issue, DHL, Lazada Express, J&T etc

Same applies for RM0 free shipping voucher? As in can be used for up to 15 items from multiple sellers?

Ok finally got it. Everything was ready. Went in within two or three seconds.

However in my first buy last midnight, I realised that in doing things quickly I got the wrong specs. So this affected two items. First item I cancel I got insta refund. Second item I refund say the seller got 2 days. Is this normal? Btw that specs the seller don’t have so I need to buy another.

No around 18 hours later. Just in the evening. Seller is Philips OS. Wrong light colour chosen, they don't have the colour temperature I want anymore

Is there a limit on coins usage? Say I get 15,000 coins cash back...can I then use those coins to buy a RM150 product “for free”? Any limits on the coins usage? Do you consider coins cash back to be as good as “money”?

Is this “rule” stated anywhere on shopee website or is just something they silently limit in the backend?

I think not too bad, like you said if you know how to utilise it can be as good as money. But for that you also need to understand the rules.

Guys if a product is within the return/refund period and if I have confirmed the product is “received” to complete the order, and the product is found to be damaged/defective etc....how do I go about returning? Must I pay for own shipping? Will Shopee send courier to collect it?

So far so good but just in case I face issues cause I’m buying quite a few things over the next 2 months.

I mean okay yes, but will I need to ship back on my own or will seller send someone to pick it up? What’s the norm? And when will refund be issued?

The cancellation was approved and the money paid was refunded but I got the item today. How come and will they charge me for it? Its a small light bulb.
